This video shows horse feed weighing, packaging and palletizing. The SYMACH complete line packs and stacks horse feed paper bags. The line starts with the net weighing system with belt feeding, which doses the feed. In the FILLstar bag filling system a label is printed and applied to the empty bags before filling. After filling, the paper bags are closed, bags are turned with the right side of the bag up. After filling the bags are stacked on the SYMACH bag palletizer to a stable pallet without product overhang. A plastic top sheet is placed on the pallet before wrapping the pallet to further stabilize the pallet.
