Sugar

SYMACH has extensive experience in the packaging and palletization of sugar bags, ranging from small-size bags of 4 kg to bags of 50 kg. Sugar can be packaged with all possible materials and closing techniques, such as paper or woven polypropylene bags, sewing with or without the application of crepe paper, pinch sealing, and sewing or sealing polypropylene bags. When palletizing, we ensure the bags overlap. This provides extra stability and makes it possible to stack a perfectly straight pallet. We also have options for pallet stabilization, wrapping in stretch film, and applying a plastic top sheet as protection against moisture.
