This new video shows two palletizing lines simultaneously stacking paper bags of seeds and grains to perfectly straight, stable pallets without product overhang. No more need to worry about loading a truck or container nor about damaging bags and risk of rejected freight.

Automatic feeding of empty pallets from two empty pallet dispensers can supply different pallet sizes. A slip sheet dispenser places a protective sheet on the empty pallet before palletizing. After stacking, the pallet is further secured by wrapping the pallet with stretch film on a SYMACH arm wrapping machine.
