Im Gegensatz zu den meisten anderen Palettier-Systemen stapeln SYMACH Palettierer jeden Sack, gleich welcher Art, individuell auf die Palette, mit der Möglichkeit, die Säcke überlappend übereinander zu legen.
Das herausragendste Merkmal des SYMACH Palettierers ist das einzigartige Design des Kopfes. Der glatte, ebene Boden unterstützt voll und ganz jeden Sack, der in den Kopf rutscht, während der integrierte Sackzentrierer  das Produkt genau in die Mitte bringt, bevor der Sack fallen gelassen wird.
Der optionale Hybrid-Kopf ist ein multifunktionale Entwicklung für Säcke und Kartons oder Kisten: der Zentrierer setzt jede Art von Kartons oder Kisten genau auf die Palette ohne sie fallen zu lassen, wie es für Beutel erlaubt ist.

The SYMACH engineering department plays an important role in the total realization of the machines. At the design stage, they take full account of the customer’s needs. There is a focus on durability in every design area. The result is a robust machine with a long life that is easy to use.

Extensively tested

Every palletizing system is fully assembled in our production facility before delivery and installation. Here, the line is extensively tested, preferably with the customer’s product. Only when the machine is running to full satisfaction, is it shipped to the customer, for final commissioning and handover.

In house software development

At SYMACH we have our own in house programming facility. Not only the mechanical side of the machine is developed in-house, the (operating) software is also done here. The benefit for you is individually tailored software to suit your needs, without significant additional costs. The user-friendly programs are also easily adjustable and quickly adapt to new packaging.
